I’m inspired by the hills of Wales and colours of the Mediterranean. My love of nature and the outdoors along with the need to connect with open spaces led to my exploration of expressing the landscape; using any tools I could find to mark out undulations, colours, petals and the occasional pathway.

My style is achieved by the manipulation of the paper and tools to guide the watery paint where I want them to be. My landscape paintings are layered using collage, watercolour and cotton, florals are simply watercolours.

I regularly exhibit across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.I work full-time for the NHS which I love, but I am aiming for less work and more play in future!
